About
My Story
Having trained with the Institute of Professional Celebrants, I am part of a strong network of like-minded people: sharing our learning and experiences, delivering both traditional ceremonies and unique new approaches for every stage of life.
I have lived in Suffolk most of my life, working in the public sector, and more recently in Public Health and the NHS, introducing ways of working to improve our ‘End of Life’, and building ‘Compassionate Communities’. I have undertaken training with Living Well Dying Well, End of Life Doula UK, Coffin Club UK and other grief and bereavement trainers.
It is important to me to ensure that people are aware of the choices they have throughout life, are able to access appropriate information and support, have meaningful conversations and work together to fulfil wishes and their dreams.

My husband and I live in Waldringfield with Poppy, the Cavapoo. I am blessed to walk Poppy by the river, to see the beauty of the sun rising and feel close to nature.

We are surrounded by so many amazing places in Suffolk.

As much as my heart is in Suffolk, I also love travelling and experiencing new things. I enjoy recording these moments with my camera and writing creatively, knowing that in doing so I am crafting my own memories of life.
My daughter, Jessica, has similar passions but greater poetical talent! She has experience in writing poems for celebrations of life that are personal and unique, tender or fun…. She can do this for you too, as part of our Bespoke Poetry Service.
